This is the BEST raincoat ever! I'm so glad my Mom

Mom says... "Safety FIrst". And, these safety restraints
even fit in the Volvo. Dad likes the fact that they are
crash tested at 30mph just like they crash test child
safety restraints. My baby sister and I just know we're
safe. Everyone should have these for their best friends.
